Sedgwick County sheriff’s officers to conduct DUI saturation patrol Saturday night

The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office will conduct a four-hour DUI saturation patrol, starting at 11 p.m. Saturday.

Deputies will be watching for drivers under the influence of drugs and alcohol throughout the county, and write citations for traffic and other offenses.

The patrol ends at 3 a.m. Sunday.

The sheriff’s office has worked more than 80 DUI-related cases so far this year, according to a news release.
