Americans for Prosperity is planning to release its annual scorecard for Congress later today.

AFP, which was founded by Charles and David Koch of Wichita-based Koch Industries, is a conservative/libertarian activist group promoting free markets and limited government regulation.

Key issues on the scorecard for the current Congress include votes on repealing Obamacare, limiting authority of the Environmental Protection Agency to regulate emissions of carbon dioxide, ending subsidies for ethanol energy and support for Rep. Paul Ryan’s budget plan, the group said in a news release.

AFP said 18 representatives and one senator earned a perfect score on the group’s scorecard. Twenty-one representatives and a senator got 0 percent.
