A city-appointed committee reviewing the use of federal grant funds will hold a public hearing at 3 p.m. Thursday in the first floor City Hall board room.

The meeting, part of the city’s community engagement plan, will include presentations by agencies seeking Community Development Block Grant funds. In 2012, CDBG-funded programs served more than 4,000 youths in crime prevention and enrichment programs. Home Investment Partnerships funds built eight single-family homes.
