A man suffered critical injuries Saturday after he was assaulted at a Wichita bar, a Sedgwick County dispatcher said.
The beating happened around 7:50 p.m. outside of J’s Lounge, 513 E. Central, east of Broadway, the dispatch supervisor said.
The man was taken to Via Christi Hospital on St. Francis for treatment. He is in his 40s, the dispatch supervisor said.
