A 35-year-old man faces multiple child sex charges for allegedly using the Internet to exploit a girl in Douglas County, U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said Wednesday.

Brett J. Williamson, of Fort Wayne, Ind., is charged with three counts of producing child pornography and three counts of enticing a minor to engage in an unlawful sexual activity, Grissom said in a news release.

An indictment in the case alleges the 35-year-old enticed a girl to send him sexual photos of herself in February and April of 2012, Grissom said.

Williamson was booked into Douglas County Jail on Feb. 4, an officer at the jail said Wednesday evening. He is being held in lieu of $175,000 on six counts of electronic solicitation of a child, records show.

He faces 15 to 30 years in federal prison and a maximum fine of $250,000 on each child porn count and 10 years to life and a similar fine on each enticement charge, Grissom said.
