Willowbend Animal Hospital is open and offering care to small animals, including dogs and cats.
Veterinarian Michael Johnson worked as an associate at a west-side practice for 17 years before opening Willowbend in September at 7606 E. 37th St. North.
The hospital will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13. Johnson said his full-service practice also offers dentistry services and treatment for chronic pain for pets.
Regular hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday.
