Kobach featured speaker in historical lecture series

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach will be part of a lecture series at Constitution Hall State Historic Site in Lecompton at 2 p.m. Sunday.

Kobach’s talk, “Kansas’ First Territorial Elections and the Lecompton Constitution,” is the third in a series of presentations at the site, 319 Elmore in Lecompton. A donation of $3 per person is suggested.
