Therapy dog classes at Family Dog center

Family Dog Training & Behavioral Center will offer therapy dog classes Feb. 8 and 15.

Classes start at 6 p.m. both nights at the center, 6106 W. 69th St. North in Valley Center.

All shots (rabies, distemper/parvo and Bordetella) are required.

Westminster watch party to benefit SCART

The Sedgwick County Animal Response Team will host a Westminster Dog Show Watch Party on Feb. 12 at the Fox and Hound, 1421 N. Waterfront Parkway.

Tickets, available online or at the door, are $10 and include trivia games and a pet photo contest. Food and drink are not included.

Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit SCART, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the survival and welfare of animals during natural and manmade disasters in Sedgwick County and surrounding areas.

Bunny TNT club to meet Feb. 17 in Derby

Bunny TNT, a club for bunny owners and bunny lovers, will meet Feb. 17 at the Petco at 1912 N. Rock Road in Derby.

The meeting will last an hour and a half and will give participants a chance to get acquainted, ask questions and get bunny toenails trimmed. Prizes can be won by lucky participants.
