The report for Kansas showed there were three deals in the three-month period ended Dec. 31, 2012. They totaled $12.18 million.

That compares with 16 deals totaling $23.6 million in fourth quarter of 2011.

For the year, the number and value of deals in Kansas also declined from a year ago: 10 deals totaling $39 million in 2012 compared with 46 deals totaling $57.25 million in 2011.
