A 19-year-old man has been arrested and accused of sex crimes involving his younger sister, Wichita police said.
The girl told a school counselor earlier this month that her brother began having sex with her in July 2008, when she was 12. The sexual assaults continued for two years, she reported.
The girl, who is now 16, said numerous assaults occurred during that time period, Lt. Doug Nolte said.
