Wichita home prices flat from a year ago, analysis shows

Home prices in Wichita were flat between November 2012 and November 2011, according to real estate analysis firm CoreLogic.

If distressed sales, such as short sales, are excluded, Wichita home prices rose 1.6 percent.

Home prices nationwide, including distressed sales, increased 7.4 percent in November 2012 compared to November 2011, the biggest increase since 2006 and the ninth consecutive increase.
