Wichita police said Saturday that they have booked a 57-year-old felon into jail for allegedly firing a shotgun at a house occupied by four people in the 2200 block of West Second.
No one was injured in the shooting, which occurred about 7 p.m. Friday, police Sgt. Bruce Watts said. Four people, ages 7 to 30, were in the house, Watts said. Police consider it a case of domestic violence.
Police arrested the 57-year-old man at another address and recovered a shotgun, Watts said.
The man has been booked into jail on suspicion of criminal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, felony criminal threats and marijuana possession.
