Wichita private equity firm buys Colorado manufacturer

Wichita-based private equity firm, Arcady Capital, has purchased Mountain Molding of Longmont, Colo.

The company makes custom plastic injection molding, tool making, and is a contract manufacturer for the medical device, security, pet products and other industries.

Arcady Capital Company was formed by managing partners Jared Sprole and Ron Stier to provide $3 million to $8 million for leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth equity for companies of between $10 million to $50 million in size. It targets profitable, well-established businesses in manufacturing, business services and value-added distribution.
