The former chief technology officer of Priceline.com will be among three judges evaluating Pipeline entrepreneurs in an annual Innovator of the Year competition.
Pipeline said in a news release Monday that the judges are: Scott Case, founding chief technology officer of Priceline; bioscience entrepreneur Magda Marquet; and Thom Ruhe, vice president of entrepreneurship at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.
They will evaluate the presentations of Pipelines 2012 fellows including Wichitan Brandon Shuey, president and founder of FlipHound.com at the Jan. 24 competition at the Marriott Muehlebach Hotel in Kansas City, Mo.
The 12 fellows will be judged on their business plans, their pitches to the judges and a score carried over from their performance during the yearlong fellowship.
