Cessna Aircraft Co. will add two more Citation Service Centers on Tuesday.
That’s the day that Jet Aviation’s maintenance, repair and overhaul facilities in Zurich, Switzerland, and Dusseldorf, Germany, become part of the Citation center network.
Cessna purchased the facilities from Jet Aviation, the company announced Dec. 21.
“Germany and Switzerland are strategically located where a majority of Citations in the region are based,” said Cessna CEO Scott Ernest in a news release.
The inclusion of the Jet Aviation MRO facilities brings to 15 the number of factory-operated Citation Service Centers Cessna has in Europe.
Jet Aviation will continue to run the fixed-based operations it has in Zurich and Dusseldorf.
