Wichita police are searching for the robber of a Kwik Shop.
The man robbed the Kwik Shop in the 2800 block of East Douglas shortly before midnight Saturday, according to Sgt. Bart Brunscheen, spokesman for the Wichita Police Department.
He entered the store wearing black clothing and carrying a black semi-automatic pistol. According to witnesses present, the robber spoke with slurred speech.
He demanded cash and received an undetermined amount. He was last seen running southbound.
According to Brunscheen, the robber was in the store less than a minute. Wichita police have collected video on the suspect.
