ProviDrs Care, the only physician-owned preferred provider organization in Kansas, will include several more hospitals in Sedgwick County as part of its network effective Jan. 1, the Medical Society of Sedgwick County announced in a news release.
The new in-network locations include Via Christi Hospital on St. Francis, Via Christi Hospital on Harry, Via Christi Hospital on St. Teresa, Via Christi Behavioral Health Center, Kansas Heart Hospital, Kansas Spine Hospital and Kansas Medical Center.
The network already includes Wesley Medical Center and Galichia Heart Hospital.
ProviDRs Care, a for-profit entity affiliated with the Medical Society of Sedgwick County, was started in 1985.
