Organist Brett Valliant performs at First United Methodist Church

Arts on Broadway will host organist and Wichita native Brett Valliant at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church, 330 N. Broadway. Admission is free. Donations will be accepted and used to maintain and improve the quality of the organ at the church. Valliant, who has played internationally, will perform classic Christmas carols, hymns and more. Christmas chorus

The Air Capital Chorus will put on its second annual Christmas Radio Hour, a benefit concert for the Kansas Food Bank, at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Orpheum Theatre, 200 N. Broadway. In addition to the Air Capital Chorus, the Wichita Sweet Adelines will perform along with quartets Chic, Prairie Fire and Ring Theory. Tickets are $5 plus a nonperishable food item at the door. Holidays onstage

The Wichita Children’s Theatre and Dance Center will perform two different holiday shows this weekend – “ The Littlest Angel” and “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” -- at the Wichita Center for the Arts, 9112 E. Central. “The Littlest Angel” is about a young boy who goes to heaven too soon and comes back to earth with his dog, Halo, to retrieve a gift for the baby Jesus. The show is at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday. “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” is the tale of a family who learns about the Christmas story and assists others in learning its true meaning. Glass with class

Infinity Art Glass Studio and Gallery in Benton is putting on a holiday open house from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. Saturday. The studio, which is at 120 N. Main St. in Benton, will be putting on several activities, including design-your-own ornament for $33.88, glassblowing demonstrations by Scott Hartley, studio tours and special sales including 10 percent off all inventory.
