Wichita police are looking for a man who held up the Rose Hill State bank at 2110 N. Webb shortly before 10 a.m. Thursday.

Emergency dispatchers said the robber approached the bank on foot from the south and left on foot heading north.

The call came in at 9:59 a.m., a dispatch supervisor said. Witnesses told police he is a white male who is 5-feet-8 or 5-feet-9, has a thin build and short, gray, curly hair. He is in his 40s or 50s.

He had an orange surgical mask on his face, wore a gray ball cap and a navy blue work shirt or jacket. He also wore silver-framed prescription glasses.

No weapon was seen or indicated, witnesses told police.
