Bahamas bound

Kansas appears to be headed for the Battle of Atlantis Tournament in the Bahamas next year. The field also is expected to include Wake Forest, Tennessee, Southern California and Xavier, among others. Michigan State also is a possibility for the event, according to ESPN.

Worth noting

The Jayhawks have five days off before their next game, a matchup with San Jose State at 8 p.m. Monday at Allen Fieldhouse.… Travis Releford scored 17 points while Saint Louis still had 10 as a team.… Jeff Withey finished with seven blocks.
