‘Rock of Ages’ opens Tuesday

Theater League will present the Tony-winning Broadway show “Rock of Ages” at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday at Century II Concert Hall, 225 W. Douglas. “Rock of Ages” is a story about a small-town girl who finds love with a 1980s rock star. Hits from stars such as Journey, Styx, Pat Benatar and more are featured in the show. Community Theatre Christmas

Wichita Community Theatre will present “Every Christmas Story Ever Told (And Then Some)” at 8 p.m. Thursday through Dec. 23. Show times will be 8 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays, plus 7 p.m. Dec. 2, 9, and 16; and 2 p.m. Dec. 23. This comedy combines many Christmas traditions and introduces some new ones.
