House fire injures one in southeast Wichita

One person suffered minor injuries when a house caught fire in southeast Wichita early Friday afternoon, authorities said.

The fire was reported at 12:21 p.m. at 9319 E. Pebble Brook, a Sedgwick County dispatch supervisor said. That’s northwest of Pawnee and Webb.

Firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze by 12:50 p.m. One person suffered minor injuries in the fire but refused treatment at the scene.

A cause and a damage estimate have not yet been released.
