27-year-old man injured in accident at Douglas and Oliver

A 27-year-old man is in fair condition Saturday afternoon at Wesley Medical Center after being involved in a two-car accident shortly before 12:30 a.m. at Douglas and Oliver, a Wesley spokeswoman said

The man was taken to Wesley in critical condition after he was removed from the vehicle after being trapped, the dispatcher said. No other information about the accident was available.

One vehicle crashed into the corner of the former Barrier’s building, which is vacant, on the northeast corner of the intersection.
