Bel Aire officials will hold a groundbreaking Monday at the community’s 800-acre Sunflower Commerce Park.
The first phase of the park will include 150 acres of shovel-ready sites, and its first tenant, Century Manufacturing. The park will accommodate manufacturing and light industrial uses.
A groundbreaking ceremony for the park, at Webb Road and North 50th, will be held at 11 a.m. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to Bel Aire City Hall, 7651 E. Central Park Ave.
