One man died and a woman is in critical condition as a result of a multiple-car collision early Saturday morning on Kellogg over downtown, KFDI radio reported on its website.
The crash closed the east-bound lanes of Kellogg from Seneca to Washington all night. The lanes were reopened at 8:46 a.m. Saturday.
A truck and a car collided with each other in the east-bound lanes near the Central Business District exit shortly after midnight, turning the car sideways to traffic, KFDI reported. Another car hit the initial car broadside on the driver’s side.
The driver of the original car, a 25-year-old man, was killed at the scene, KFDI reported. A 20-year-old female passenger was taken to the hospital in critical condition, KFDI reported.
