Gov. Sam Brownback is scheduled to be in Wichita on Friday morning to unveil a property tax reform plan, according to a news release from his office.
Brownback and several Republican elected officials are expected to make the announcement at the Wichita Area Builders Association office. Brownback is expected to be joined by State Sen. Susan Wagle and Rep. Steve Brunk, both of Wichita.
