Wichita police are still looking for a woman who left her passenger pinned in the wreckage after she crashed on a Kellogg exit ramp early Saturday morning.

The crash happened at about 6 a.m. on the ramp linking westbound Kellogg to Oliver. Lt. Joe Schroeder said police found a man pinned in the passenger seat when they arrived on the scene.

A woman had called 911 to report “We’ve been in a crash,” Schroeder said, but she left the scene before emergency responders arrived. The passenger had to be cut out of the 2012 Suzuki. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Police said he suffered a broken femur, arm, pelvis and ankle.

Both the driver and the passenger are in their 20s, Schroeder said.
