Finally, someone at Beechcraft has a brain. Keep what was successful – the Beech name, and the Bonanza, Baron and King Air series. After Raytheon took over, things regarding the company went downhill fast. I hope now the Beech relatives can smile.

What? Did the Chinese get a load of the Wichita mayor and his little group and decide there is no way they are going to do business with us?

Perhaps if the employees of Hawker Beechcraft had kicked the unions out years ago, it could have been a company like Koch Industries – profitable and currently hiring Wichita workers.

The billionaire Koch brothers believe that the richest, most powerful country in human history is broken, and won’t be fixed until they are trillionaires. I wish they would take their wealth and enjoy it, and leave us poor, misinformed working people alone to enjoy what little we have.

Quit obsessing about how much the Koch family is worth. Concentrate on what the Kochs are saying about the state of the economy and our country. We should be concerned and worried. They are spot-on.

For those of you who say socialism doesn’t work: Please explain Germany.

Doesn’t the fluoride agenda sound a little like socialism? We’re trying to take care of everyone, even those who don’t want to be medicated with a toxic chemical.

What can people from every city larger than Wichita say to their friends from Wichita? Nice tooth.

At this point, if you are an undecided voter you have either been on an island vacation or aren’t very smart.

Bring balance to the Force: Vote for a Democrat.

Facts are Mitt Romney’s Kryptonite.

To the person who stole the Romney-Ryan sign from our yard: Shame on you for not respecting private property and freedom of speech. But Mitt Romney thanks you. The money used to buy a replacement will go to support his campaign.

Debate moderator Candy Crowley showed her Obama support, in helping him escape answering the unanswerable (for an honest man). So much for the media being unbiased.

Instead of giving women equal pay and insurer-provided access to contraception, Romney will give you the evening off to cook dinner and insurer-provided access to Viagra.

If you are picking the man who won’t tell you the truth about the Affordable Care Act or what really happened in Benghazi, you are inviting yourself into troubled times.

In 1983, 241 Marines died in a truck bombing in Lebanon on Reagan’s watch. The nation mourned and no one politicized it. In 2012, four Americans were killed in Libya. We should mourn and not politicize this tragedy.
