Authorities have arrested a 37-year-old man on suspicion of child abuse in the case of a 10-week-old Wichita baby who suffered brain injuries, records showed Friday.
On Tuesday, police said the baby’s injuries resulted in surgery to relieve pressure on her brain. Police said the baby was expected to survive.
