Virginia Pedraza has joined AGH Wealth Advisors as an associate.

Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics has added six new staff members: Baylee Cunningham, engineering assistant; Brett Ballard, certification engineer; Bruce Christensen, electrical design engineer; Mary Kay Chavez, True Blue Power program analyst, systems integration; Peter Elliott, international sales manager; and Sean Schafer, avionics programs sales.

Marissa Reddick has been promoted to supply chain manager at Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics.

Dan Keady has been appointed senior vice president, special missions at Hawker Beechcraft.

Duane Liddeke has joined Citizens Bank of Kansas as an agribusiness loan officer in the bank’s Kingman office. Debbie Winter has been promoted to mortgage loan originator in the bank’s Medicine Lodge office.

Ashley Lent has joined Meritrust Credit Union as the first impression specialist.

Scott Nelson, CFO of Carson Bank, recently completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with high honors.

Health Care

Ophthalmologist Ta mim Qaum of Via Christi Clinic has been named a Certified Professional in Patient Safety by the national Patient Safety Foundation. Qaum is now a lifetime member of the American Society of Professionals in Patient Safety.

Law

Kim Martens of Hite, Fanning & Honeyman has been recognized in the 2013 edition of Best Lawyers in America.

Jordan Kieffer has joined the law firm of Stinson Morrison Hecker.
