Nearly 60,000 people saw the special Star Wars exhibit at Exploration Place this summer.

Museum officials said Wednesday that 57,310 tickets were sold for “Star Wars: Where Science Meets Imagination.” The exhibit ran from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Of the 31 traveling exhibits Exploration Place has hosted, only two have drawn more customers than Star Wars: “Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition” (62,483) and “Our Body: The Universe Within” (58,591).
