If a wise man, Paul Ryan, has an argument with a fool, Joe Biden, the fool only rages and laughs, and here is no quiet.

You know the difference between Sarah Palin and Paul Ryan? Lipstick.

So the Koch brothers want to save America? Perhaps they could start by caring about the environment. There have been dozens of counts against them for chemical and oil spills. They provide thousands of jobs, but they need to follow the laws.

The Kochs are not out to “save America.” They are out to subvert democracy by buying elections. They want to destroy every regulation, save every millionaire and the rest be damned. We have seen this folly before. This is social Darwinism at its worst, and it is very dangerous.

Hearty congratulations to The Wichita Eagle on its friendly takeover by the Koch brothers.

In 1980, the Libertarian Party nominated Ed Clark for president and David Koch was his running mate, which means he and Clark ran against Ronald Reagan. How do you so-called Republicans come to terms with that? The Kochs failed as Libertarians and hijacked your party. End of story.

I remember a Republican president and his buddies who deregulated the banking industry and caused the big mess in the housing industry and put a lot of people out in the street. I do not like either of the good old boys running for president, so I am voting Ron Paul.

President Obama is bragging about his $80 billion loan of the taxpayers’ money to General Motors but ignoring that we will be getting just $55 billion in return. That’s his idea of success. Would you loan $80 to your neighbor if you knew you would be getting back just $55?

The Middle East is exploding and Obama is sitting on his thumbs with his head in the sand.. No one is stepping up to the plate about the ambassador’s murder. Put Obama and Hillary Clinton under oath and get to the bottom of this.

The Taliban is not afraid of the girl who spoke against it. Members were infuriated because she encouraged education for girls. Now that she has much more support since she was shot, they’re really ticked off.

I’ve felt unhappy with the way things are in the United States. However, after I once again took a look at Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Iran and Egypt, I realized in comparison to these countries I live in paradise. What do these countries have in common that causes them to be such unpleasant places to live?
