Why aren’t Hillary Clinton and all of the other federal government officials including President Obama resigning over lying about the Benghazi diplomatic disaster and its cover-up? If this were a Republican president, he would be hounded out of office.
It is time for the political election process to keep up with the new information age. Require all debate participants to be hooked up to lie detectors, and display the results in real time on TV monitors.
The Democrats have shown two styles of debating – Obama the zombie just standing there, head down, and Joe Biden on speed, interrupting, laughing inappropriately and acting like the bully.
They say that as we age, we revert back to our childhood. Judging by the debate, Biden has progressed to about the third grade.

Why would the president want to suppress the military vote? He’s done more than any Republican president would have to take those voters out of harm’s way. I’d vote for the guy who’s working to take the target off my back, not make it bigger.
If we, as a country, really wanted to stop the drug wars along our border with Mexico, we would have mandatory drug testing of every citizen 18 years and older. Let’s get serious about this epidemic.
There was another person who talked about redistribution of wealth, telling a rich young man to sell everything he owned, give the money to the poor and follow Him. That only seems outlandish to those who have so much wealth they don’t want to part with any of it.
I’ve noticed that The Eagle seems to get an equal amount of accusations of bias from conservatives and liberals. Which means The Eagle is getting it just about right.
If racism didn’t exist, columnist Leonard Pitts would have had to invent it. As it is, he is doing his best to keep it alive for job security. Could this same concept apply to Obama?
Why is the section called “WichiTalk” when it’s mostly just ads or reprinted articles from other newspapers? I’m glad we have Bonnie Aeschliman and Friday’s GO! section, or I would assume there is nothing going on in Wichita. Ever.
