Where you get it: From the Kansas Secretary of State’s website, www.sos.ks.gov. Click on the “Elections and Legislative” link, then on the “Upcoming Elections” and then on “2012 List of Presidential Electors” in the center of the page.

How much the record will cost: The information is free.
