One person is in custody following a stabbing on Tuesday that sent a 44-year-old man to the hospital with critical injuries, a Sedgwick County dispatch supervisor said.
Its possible a disturbance between the man and a neighbor escalated, leading to the stabbing shortly before 3:30 p.m. in the 2500 block of South Mosley, near Pawnee and Broadway, the dispatch supervisor said.
The 44-year-old was taken to Via Christi Hospital on St. Francis with stab wounds, he said, but specifics on the mans injuries were not immediately available.
One person has been taken into custody in connection with the incident, the supervisor said.
