A 19-day saturation patrol by the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office that ended Labor Day resulted in 35 DUI arrests.
The patrol, which started Aug. 16 and continued through Monday, stopped 80 vehicles, the sheriff’s office said. In addition to the DUI arrests, 15 seatbelt citations and 56 citations for other traffic violations were also issued.
