No one was hurt when shots were fired during a disturbance in Old Town early Saturday.

Wichita police said officers in the 100 block of North Mosley heard the gunfire about 2:20 a.m. and stopped a car driven by the man with the gun.

Police said the 29-year-old driver, who said he fired the shots in self-defense, was booked on charges of discharging a firearm in the city limits, carrying a concealed firearm and possession of cocaine. Police said a gun and four shell casings were found in the man’s car.
