Pedestrian struck by car near Wesley Medical Center

A pedestrian was seriously injured Wednesday night when she was struck by a car in front of Wesley Medical Center.

Emergency dispatchers said the accident was reported at 8:39 p.m. by a Wichita police officer who witnessed it.

The woman was taken by ambulance to Wesley’s emergency room in critical condition.
