A 15-year-old student at an alternative high school was arrested Tuesday after he exposed himself to his teacher while she was helping him with a math problem, a police report stated.

The incident occurred at about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Gateway Alternative Program, 640 N. Emporia, in downtown Wichita. The student refused to talk with officers after being read his rights. He was booked into the Juvenile Intake and Assessment Center.

The student has been arrested three previous times for lewd and lascivious conduct — twice in 2010 and once last year, records show.
