Another day of triple digits await Wichita and the surrounding area, forecasters say.
Temperatures are expected to reach 103 today and 105 the following three days. according to the National Weather Service.
Winds will be out of the south, blowing steadily in the teens and gusting to more than 25 miles an hour today. Skies will be clear.
Overnight lows will bottom out in the upper 70s under mostly clear skies. Thursday will be sunny again, with south-southwest winds of about 10 miles an hour.
