Emprise Bank on East Central robbed

WICHITA — The Emprise Bank at 6030 E. Central was robbed this morning by a man who threatened to blow up the bank, police said.

The man approached a teller at 9:40 a.m. and threatened to blow up the bank, police Lt. Scott Brunow said. The man did not show a weapon, he said. The man left with an undetermined amount of money on foot to the southwest, Brunow said.
