Authorities have found a 16-year-old Leavenworth girl who was the subject of an Amber Alert issued earlier today.

Law enforcement located Jenna Marie Hord around 8 p.m. Thursday in Hiawatha, approximately 65 miles northwest of Leavenworth, according to authorities. The girl was found with 17-year-old Logan Burris – the suspect in the case – about an hour after someone reported seeing the teens near Leavenworth.

Hord was last seen Wednesday evening at a convenience store, 2004 Spruce, in Leavenworth. Authorities were looking for the teens and a white, two-door 1996 Toyota Camry with Kansas license plate number 168 DHH in connection with the case.
