Big sixth inning saves Wingnuts

The Wichita Wingnuts exploded for eight runs in the top of the sixth inning on the way to a 11-6 win over the Kansas City T-Bones on Sunday in Kansas City, Kan.

David Peralta led the Wingnuts at the plate, going 2 for 5 with four RBIs and a home run. Jake Kahaulelio was 3 for 5 with two runs.

Josh Lowey was the winning pitcher for Wichita, going six innings while giving up five hits, four earned runs and striking out four.
