Hundreds of pieces by Wichita Center for the Arts students and faculty will be on display from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at 9112 E. Central. The annual Student/Faculty Exhibition showcases the talents of artists in The Mary R. Koch School of Visual Arts. The exhibition includes paintings, ceramics, sculptures, jewelry and photographs. El Dorado hosts touring painting exhibition
For a second year, the PaintAmerica exhibit is making a stop at the Coutts Museum of Art, 110 N. Main, El Dorado. The exhibit opened Tuesday and will be in town until Aug. 11. PaintAmerica is a nonprofit nationally touring exhibition of contemporary representative paintings. The exhibit features the top 100 paintings of 2011, as voted on by a jury at the organization. Summer concert series continue
