The Wichita River Festival Food Court is one of the event’s main draws. We’ll offer a daily review of one of the treats offered.

Pork Tuscany on pita

Where is it? Mario’s

How much is it? $7

What is it? Chunks of pork grilled with onions served on a pita with a yogurt-based sauce.

Worth the money? Yes! The pork was a tad dry but overall it was pretty tasty. It is definitely a nice break from the many heavily breaded options offered elsewhere at the food court.
