The Oklahoma City Thunder will play a preseason game against the Dallas Mavericks at Intrust Bank Arena in October, the venue announced today.

The game is scheduled for Oct. 24, Tickets will go on sale May 23. Although ticket prices haven’t been set yet, they’ll start at $12 and will be on sale at Select-A-Seat outlets.

The Thunder also was scheduled to play an exhibition game at the arena against New Orleans last October, but that game was canceled because of the NBA lockout.

Oklahoma City’s roster includes three-time scoring champion Kevin Durant and two former Jayhawks in Nick Collison and Cole Aldrich, while the Mavericks, led by Dirk Nowitzki, won the NBA title in 2011.
