A soldier from Fort Riley has died in Afghanistan after being found unresponsive in his living quarters this week, the fort said Friday.
Capt. Michael Braden, 31, who is from Pennsylvania, was found Wednesday. Cause of death is under investigation.
Braden was a signal officer assigned to the 1st Infantry Division Headquarters. He was on his second deployment with the division after having served in 2010 in Iraq.
