The Wichita Wings scored two goals in the fourth quarter and then won on a Kevin Ten Eyck goal in overtime to defeat the Norfolk Sharx 13-11 in Wichita’s season finale on Sunday in Norfolk, Va.
Trailing 11-7 entering the fourth quarter, Wichita scored on goals from Ten Eyck and Brian Cushing to send the game into overtime tied 11-11.
The Wings finish the season with a record of 8-16 — last place in the Major Indoor Soccer League’s Central Division.
