Syracuse beats Wings with quick OT goal

Andriy Budnyy scored in the second minute of overtime to give Syracuse an 8-6 win over the Wings on Saturday night in Syracuse, N.Y.

The Wings led 6-4 after three quarters after qoals by Kevin Ten Eyck, Victor Quiroz and Alex Moseley.

The Silver Knights tied the scored at 5:07 of the fourth quarter on a power-play goal by Nelson Santana.

The Wings wrap up a busy weekend with a game against Rochester this afternoon.
