Numerous accidents apparently caused by slick conditions shortly after 9:30 p.m. tonight forced Wichita police to warn motorists to avoid Kellogg at Hillside, Oliver, and between Seneca and West Street.
A multiple-vehicle accident also was reported on I-235 near Zoo Boulevard.
The city’s Emergency Accident Reporting Plan is in effect. Motorists involved in non-injury accidents that don’t involve alcohol can exchange information and report the accident within 24 hours
